the room itself was clean enough, and the bed was comfortable enough, but the problem was little to no sleep because of constant NOISE and Banging and Yelling not only above the room but on both sides as well as outside. I must have dosed off at some point only to be startled awake at 4:30am with LOUD obnoxious heavy bass music. If you are planning on getting sleep or rest don't stay here...
Room is clean, parking lot was dark at night if traveling alone a brighter light would have been helpful. Busy area did hear some road noise but overall very pleased.
We had 2 rooms, one had a broken shower rod, the other had a TV that didn't work, no mini fridge, and no trash can. My son ended up getting bit at night from some sort of bug in the bed. When we first got there we were sent to a room that still had people's belongings in it.
This property advertises brand new rooms on signage but the room I was assigned had mold in the bathroom, dirty towels, and was generally run down. A disappointing stay.
Pure filth I wouldnât never ever again not even if the gave me a free room sheets had cigarette burn marks bed was hard smelt moldy and of smoke it was the worse I have never stay anywhere like it
First off we were supposed to get a room with double beds. Morning of the stay, we were called and told that hotels.com overbooked them and we could only get a room with one king size bed. I told them i guess that it would be aright but i really wanted the room with 2 beds. So i told them i was in the area and if i could check in a bit early, they said they would call when the room was cleaned and available. They called when i actually was pulling into the parking lot and told me my room was ready. I checked in and got the key, drove around to where the room was upstairs. I notice the door appeared to be open. As I come up the stairs I said âthe room is openâ, an elderly man sitting in a chair smoking a pipe told me âit was being cleanedâ. I said they called 15 minutes ago and said it was ready. As I approached the door a guy walked out abd said he was finishing cleaning. It was weird! Never, ever had I had that happen. I almost left and canceled! Like what was this guy doing in my room? Who was he? I went into the room, it smelled like smoke, there was white powder on a table that needed wiped, like someone was snorting lines off of it. The lights didnât work in the bathroom sink area. There was exposed electrical in that area also.
Just was not comfortable at all. Luckily I met someone going to the same event a few doors down, felt a little bit better.
The whole place seemed like it needs some attention.
