Good location for travelers

Pros: Location close to train
Cons: Housekeeping
Location: Sites of the old city
Close to train station and thus convenient for train and plane travelers since there is a train from the airport. The visit began poorly at registration because we were offended by the way in which we were offered an upgraded room (for $150 extra per night). Then we got to the room, the TV did not work and latter that evening that there was a leak in the sink. Low value for the dollar.
