Staff was friendly and helpful. Disappointed the hot tub and steamer were broken and there is a 10euro charge to use the sauna in the basement with a terrible smell. Lovely Staff, unique design and atmosphere, beautiful clean rooms, and a fantastic restaurant! II wish the rooms had mini fridges but we just used the balcony since it was winter. And I do wish they would have provided conditioner. But many hotels don't. Overall a fantastic stay!

Hotel Croda Rossa
The reception employee was very helpful, providing us with valuable information regarding our Tre Cimes hike. The site is remote and relaxing. A nice buffet was offered for dinner.
