"The Sage Room was a very comfortable and clean room. The electric fireplace was cozy, and we appreciated the TV had access to all the streaming services. The breakfast was a delicious open-faced breakfast sandwich with a toasted croissant, crispy bacon, lettuce and tomato with a fried egg and hollandaise sauce. The homemade strawberry compote on top of plain yogurt was a delicious finish. The coffee was good, but it would have been better if it was hotter. "

"I have stayed in a lot of hotels as a retired travel agent. This hotel is near the top for a great place to stay. Very clean, all staff I was in contact with was pleasant. Room was very comfortable. I come up to Kitchener at least twice a year for family and would definitely stay here again. My only comment would be for better signage when entering the parking lot as I am sure I am not the only one who had to go into the Doubletree to find out how to get to the hotel."
