We stayed in the new wing, which was wonderful. Room was clean and spacious with a walk in style shower.Just pay attention to signage as it can be a bit confusing finding your wing. Also two hotels are attached together so easy to get turned around and end up at the wrong front desk. Lobby starbucks was convenient. Included breakfast was good. Nice staff. Had a small issue, management went above and beyond to resolve. Would stay again. Try Charcoal steakhouse across the street. We also drove to Metro, Kitvhrner's oldest schnitzel house. Very different but delicious dining experiences.

Great updates and good dining

We stayed in the double tree side of the hotel. Lobby was clean , staff was nice parking was free. The food and service at the restaurant was great (shoutout to Marg and Mira) and there is a full Starbucks in the building which was super convenient. The hotel elevators for the double tree side were very slow to go up and down and very quick to open and close. Not a great experience, the rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. Would stay here again for sure.

Room door was damaged making it hard to open and close. We are a family of 4 but was only provided 2 towels and had it fight to get more. Restaurant and bar was closed most of the weekend.

Very bad experience with this hotel

I traveled and got to the hotel around midnight. I had to wait for more than 45 minutes because the system was not allowing the employee to take the safety deposit from my credit card due to a system error. Room was not clean. I had spots on almost everything. I called reception and asked for a spoon, they completely ignored me and never called me back

Dirty but modern

The pool was emptied during our visit which was too bad because we pick hotels with pools for an activity with our kids. When we entered the room, there was a mess all over the carpet. It certainly wasn’t vacuumed. The bathroom soap was out of the box and a used towel was thrown on the sink. Other than this, the hotel was very modern and the room was spacious.

Great location

This was a great location for us to stay before our flight the next day. 10 min drive to the airport. There were wonderful restaurants we could just walk to.
