"The room was clean and had plenty of appliances and utensils if you wanted to cook meals and save some money. Having a laundry on site also helped with packing lighter. More room to bring souvenirs home!"

"This is an old house basically with rooms. Some have a private washroom while others is a shared washroom. The description of the property says nothing about this. Also it is 3 levels of very steep stairs. The soap was a dot. Very small rooms and washrooms."

"The hotel’s location is very convenient and easily accessible to nearby subway stations, which made getting around the city simple. However, our check-in experience could have been better. When we entered the room, it was not yet ready—the sheets were not fitted, garbage had not been taken out, and the bathroom towels were left on the floor. We informed the receptionist and were asked to wait about 30 minutes for housekeeping to prepare the room. Breakfast was okay, though fairly average and could benefit from more variety or quality. Overall, the stay was decent, but improving room readiness at check-in would greatly enhance the guest experience."

"Check in information was sent just 2 hours before the 4pm, which is the allowed check-in time. Since I'm driving from NYC to Montreal, I wasn't able to check the check-in information until that was emailed to me until I arrive at 7:00pm. After we checked in, we went out for dinner. We didn't return check anything within the unit until late that night. We found a broken wine glass in the cabinet. Then after shower, found the hair dryer cover also broken. Both were communicated to the host right after we find the broken item. "
