"We needed to have our room changed due to all the noise the previous nite ( hallway and room next door) . Thaa promised us a deluxe room at very end of hallway for the next couple of night starting next. When we went to desk the next day there was no notes, nothing in the file which was quite upsetting. After trying to give us a room near the elevator and not queen deluxe I became upset.. finally someone gave us a room near the end of the hallway. The locks were broken on the door. We were told to call early Monday morning for maintenance to one at nine which we did. When no one came by 9:45 we called front desk and someone finally showed up. 2 huge promises broken. There were no bathrobes in each of the rooms. We had to call and ask. Those that finally helped us were amazing but it was disappointing to have to argue to get what was promised."

"This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised. The room I was assigned was significantly better than the one I had during my first visit. It appears that some of the rooms have been renovated, and this time I felt much more comfortable with the overall cleanliness and condition of the room. One of the main reasons I like this hotel is its convenient location close to downtown. I booked two rooms for my family, and both were comfortable and suited our needs well. My only issue was during check-in. A young employee at the front desk took nearly an hour to provide the second room, even though I had clearly reserved two rooms under the same reservation. The delay was confusing, and I never fully understood what caused it. Other than that, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Overall, I had a positive experience and would consider staying here again."
