"Location is unbeatable. Only a block away from the metro and 2 bus stops within 5 minute walking distance. McGill University is opposite of the hotel and Museum of Fine Arts is also around a 5-10minute walk away. Front desk staffs are helpful and friendly. However, the room itself is old, the sink was clogged and we had to call the hotel’s plumbers to fix it. There’s a strand of hair in the bathroom’s towels."

"Parking was a mess, it's off site at $40/night which wasn't communicated to us beforehand. It's also downtown so it was a little noisy through the night, though that's not on the hotel. The staff was excellent though, and very helpful and we liked our room, though there are a few spots that are starting to peel for the wallpaper. It was very close to a lot of attractions though, the downtown spot was excellent. "
