"Family spends a weekend every summer in Montreal. 1st time @ WG hotel & would definitely stay here again. Great hotel in heart of old Montreal. Staff were very friendly, professional and accommodating. Roof top patio is great place to have a bite or drinks. Same owners as Hotel Nelligan, which is another nice boutique hotel worth staying @ as well."

"Would not recommend as of right now. It looked abandoned when we first walked in. Not the cleanest - the sheets had hairs in them, pillows that were visibly showing had yellow stains. The bathroom doors were half see through so you can see the people on the toilet and the whole hotel was under renovation and not even close to being acceptable for guests to stay. The towels still had tags on them as if they were purchased right before we got there. It was also quite hard to contact someone at the hotel as there is not someone there often. It is a cool idea for a small niche hotel. I think eventually when it is complete it will be a nice spot to go. Was not worth the price we paid."
