"The hotel was very clean, and all of the staff friendly. I thought the quality of the room was a great value for my three nights stay. It was spacious, comfortable, and in an amazing area of old Montreal. Phenomenal food and drinks steps away. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely return."

"I had a 5 night stay in a Premium King room. I was given a room which did not meet my expectations as it looked smaller than rooms pictured as examples on the hotel website. The bathroom was also not the one pictured on the website but was the one for the Queen room (small sink, tub, shower curtain). The carpet was very stained and there was poor water pressure in the shower. I asked if a different room was available and was moved to the type of room I expected which was very nice with a renovated bathroom. I was quite happy with this room. The breakfast is not a full breakfast as indicated on the Expedia site. It is coffee, tea or juice and pastries only. No protein. No fruit. "

"The room was lovely and extremely spacious. The staff were polite and very helpful. The breakfast was great and had pretty decent variety. We were very happy that breakfast was included, as well as free drinks at happy hour. We also used the parking, and had no issues with the underground parking. The only issue was that one of the elevators was out of service, so there was only one main elevator which made it quite slow getting to the room or the parking garage at times."

"The property is lovely and in a perfect location to explore Old Montreal. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The rooftop terrace bar was great, beautiful views. The neighborhood was bustling and busy which was great for convenience, but a little louder than we’d prefer at night. We were on the 2nd floor so pretty close to street level. Our friends stayed on a higher floor and didn’t have any issues with sound. Service was a little inconsistent. We put our green light on to clean our room both days, but we didn’t get service until we asked the front desk on the last evening, which was odd. Amazing coffee shop right next door. Unique property, great stay! Ask for a high floor room if you want to have restful sleep :)"
