"This is a lovely hotel in Old Montreal, that has brand new fixtures and nice amenities, like in-room coffee and tea, a small fridge, wine glasses, small plates, knives and forks. They had a range of cultural things going on, including art exhibits and live music in the downstairs. We didn't try the restaurant but they have one. There is parking across the street for $24/day. It's near the subway. There are restaurants and museums nearby. The staff are nice and helpful. So, all up, very pleasant and I would go back."

"Good staff and clean hotel, but some amenities and breakfast could be improved. The staff were 10/10 — extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They were one of the highlights of the hotel and always happy to assist with anything we needed. The hotel itself is older, but very well maintained and impressively clean, which we really appreciated. Breakfast is included, which is nice, but the quality was unfortunately not great. Guests are limited to one piece of bread per day, and aside from the croissants, most of the other options were quite dry and didn’t taste very fresh. The hotel also lacked some basic amenities that most hotels typically provide, such as Q-tips, razors, toothbrushes, cotton pads, and basic toiletry kits, which would have made the stay more convenient. We were upgraded to a balcony room, which was a thoughtful gesture, but unfortunately the balcony door didn’t open, so we weren’t actually able to use it. Overall, the staff and cleanliness were excellent, but improvements to the breakfast and basic amenities would make the experience much better."
