"Not sure why there are such amazing reviews at this hotel. Our room was extremely dusty, particularly behind the beds. House Keeping never came automatically, even with the sign on the door saying "yes please clean my room". We had to arrived back from a day out (every day we were there), to an unkempt room. I had to notify the front desk every day that our room needed to be cleaned. All in all, this hotel did not meet my expectations in any capacity."

It was spacious, comfortable, and in an amazing area of old Montreal. Phenomenal food and drinks steps away. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely return."

"I had a 5 night stay in a Premium King room. I was given a room which did not meet my expectations as it looked smaller than rooms pictured as examples on the hotel website. The bathroom was also not the one pictured on the website but was the one for the Queen room (small sink, tub, shower curtain). The carpet was very stained and there was poor water pressure in the shower. I asked if a different room was available and was moved to the type of room I expected which was very nice with a renovated bathroom. I was quite happy with this room. The breakfast is not a full breakfast as indicated on the Expedia site. It is coffee, tea or juice and pastries only. No protein. No fruit. "

"The room was lovely and extremely spacious. The staff were polite and very helpful. The breakfast was great and had pretty decent variety. We were very happy that breakfast was included, as well as free drinks at happy hour. We also used the parking, and had no issues with the underground parking. The only issue was that one of the elevators was out of service, so there was only one main elevator which made it quite slow getting to the room or the parking garage at times."
