" Very good staff, we were overcharged twice when ordering dinner and breakfast, all honest mistakes which to be fair we missed. On both occasions the staff came back to us, apologised and immediately refunded us. For the price the hotel offered everything you’d need for either visiting the NEC or staying before a flight from Birmingham. "

"Just what we would expect for a 4* hotel, clean, well decorated, friendly staff. The breakfast was good, but not amazing. The swimming pool and spa facilities were great, the gym was very well equipped. We had a lovely surprise when we came back to our room on the second day; it was my daughter’s birthday so I had brought decorations with me and the maid had made a 3 x story cake made out of towels, ribbons, flowers and pom poms. It was very special and so thoughtful. Thank you very much. "
