"The pool areas were great Francisco help us at the Infiniti pool and was SUPER attentive. The rooms were super spacious especially if you have kids. If I’m being picky the bed was super uncomfortable it was sunken in. Overall, great experience great service. Would recommend 10/10."

"We recently returned from a wonderful stay at the Grand Palladium Vallarta in the Family Selection, and it was exactly the escape our family needed. Here is a breakdown of our experience: The Resort & Amenities We absolutely loved the size of the resort. It felt spacious enough to explore without being overwhelming or requiring a hike to get from the room to the beach. The grounds are beautiful, and having access to the Family Selection specific areas added that extra layer of comfort and convenience that made the trip feel special. Family & Kids’ Activities There was never a dull moment! The resort offers tons of activities for kids, which kept our little ones entertained throughout the day. From the pool setups to the organized games, the staff does a great job of engaging the younger guests. Dining & Celiac Friendliness The food options for the family were plentiful and varied. As a Celiac, I would rate the resort an 8/10 for gluten-free dining. The Pros: Most restaurants were very accommodating, with staff who understood cross-contamination and plenty of delicious options available. The Cons: It wasn't quite perfect—we encountered two restaurants that had nothing safe on the menu for me, which was a bit disappointing compared to the high standard set by the rest of the resort. Overall: We had a great time and would definitely recommend this resort to families looking for a balanced mix of relaxation and fun!"

"Beautiful big pools with great activities staff. Entertainment was fun, great food, especially the taco bar on the beach, French restaurant in the train car and the Mexican and Japanese restaurants. Main buffet was varied and excellent as well. Bar service on the beach, Beautiful marble in the main building. We loved our junipr suite with beach view - jad an outdoor seating area and two lounge chairs, and a 10 meter walk out to the beach! Onsite diveshop as well. Skip the Iberostar sales pitch."

"The staff is amazing! Everyone is very kind. The food was great! Kids club is 4 and up. Spa is extra. The infinity pool does get pretty busy so make sure to get there early if you want a lounge chair or two."
