Unique stay

I had a small room on the top floor but it was clean and had everything I needed. There are no elevators either so keep that in mind. Check in was electronic through a kiosk. The location was convenient in town with a lot of walkable dining options.

Great apart from automated check in

Brief stay as for business, large comfortable room. Unmanned check in was an issue as reservation number would not work. Had to message property and wait for someone to reply with different reservation number great location if visiting for pleasure, walking distance to town and river

This is the hotel right in the center of the town. It is so convenient to everything you needs among the shopping streets, dining, parks, running trails, and buses to Oxford and surrounding areas. We enjoyed staying at this affordable price for our vacation. The only thing we have is not enough air circulation inside room, nor the corridor. So, room temperature is much warmer than outside even open the window.

The room was very clean,our visit was for one night there was no reception, our only complaint was ,there was no summer duvet we were just to hot ,although there was air conditioning we wanted to sleep with the windows open,but were still to hot. Hotels .com is an excellent company we would recommend anyone to book with them.When we had a serious problem health problem last year they could not have been more compassionate caring and helpful towards us . Mr J Rogerson.

Great Hotel, perfect for a weekend trip

Amazing room, very specious and clean and only a 2 min walk to the town centre it was perfect for a trip to the distillery!

We have stayed at the Old Abbey Housr on a number of occasions. Rooms well appointed and clean. Very convenient location for centre od Abingdon which has plenty of eateries.

I always enjoy my stay here - the building is beautifully renovated with fantastic interiors but keeping the charm of the house too. Self check in, but always someone on the other end of the phone should you need it.
