There was 2 bugs on the bed, long red hair in the shower(non of us have red hair), the pillows were dirty looking, dust everywhere, and the wash cloths had pubic har in it.

We checked in on Saturday the 18th for 10 days. Room service was supposed to be every three days. We did not receive any room service until the 24th. I had to go to the desk 3 nights to get towels, wash clothes and toilet paper. We did not receive any more room service. On Monday night the 27th I had to go back to the desk for towels and wash cloths. They didn't have any towels and gave about 6 hand towels. I will never stay there again and I will not recomend it to anyone.

The breakfast selections were extremely limited. The shower curtain rod was falling down. There were NO GRAB BARS IN THE SHOWER. There were no sheer draperies so the blackout curtains had to be closed to prevent anyone in the parking lot from seeing into the room. There was a nice refrigerator and microwave in the room. The bed was clean and comfortable.

Never came to clean room during the three days we stayed. The main bulb in the bedroom had to be changed because it was out. But all in all great area and compare to our previous experience at another hotel in Charleston this was 5 stars
