Ainsworth Hot Springs resort is the second highest rated hot springs in British Columbia. It is also one of the rare hot springs in BC that contain natural lithium in the water.

The hot caves will have you feeling relaxed like a marshmallow.

As there isn't much in the area, there is an on-site restaurant with gourmet and regular good options at very reasonable prices.

The service at the hotel is excellent and the rooms are very clean and bright. Spending the extra money for a deluxe mountain view room is well worth it. Waking up to a sunset or watching the moon rise over the mountains is just amazing.

Inside the hot spring caves at Ainsworth Hot Springs Resort. The temperature ranges between 104 and 107 within the cave. It was super dark and kind of scary - only lit up with a few lights. I got over that fear quickly as soon as I immersed myself. Hands down the best springs I've visited so far.

The desk clerk explained to me that these springs have incredibly high mineral content including Lithium which is why after spending some time in the caves you come out feeling like a melted marshmallow. Every muscle became super relaxed and my skin was so smooth.

The entrance fee is 12.00 for general entry and 17.00 for in and out privileges. If you stay at the hotel your cost is included with the room.
