Not a new hotel and it expressly shows in all the details. There were no coffee machine in my deluxe room. Breakfast are poor but quite understandable in view of the hotel crisis after Israeli agression against Iran.

Very poor customer service We were there on a leisure trip. After 4 days we were informed that the pool and adjoining area would be closed and would not reopen for the duration of our stay. When we approached the front desk the manager was completely unsympathetic
