The large house is distributed over two floors. Rooms equipped for your comfortable rest with air conditioning. On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room, on the first floor are the rest of the bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom. On this same floor you will find another bathroom, the spacious dining room and the kitchen equipped to enjoy culinary moments. Enjoy breakfasts outdoors on the terrace on the first floor next to the kitchen.

Fantastic villa, really recommend. Great location for the beach, and all the restaurants and near by bus stop to go to the old town. The villa had everything we could want, good AC, great pool, lots of shade when needed. Quiet location but really handy to walk to the town, shops and beach. All round great place

Great Villa in a perfect location

Around 10/15 minute walk from the port and restaurants, easy to access via lock box and had everything described. The only suggestion we can make was one of the beds upstairs was a little uncomfortable and needs to be upgraded and it would be good if there was enough bin bags/dishwasher tablets to last the week, minor points so we would definitely recommend!

Villa was clean with all facilities as advertised. Pool itself was nice however the pool area was tired and could do with some updating. Sunbed cushions were old and worn. Location ideal with a 5 minute walk to Alcudia beach and resort with good selection of bars and resraurants. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Family Holiday

Really nice villa and a great location. Some minor cleanliness issues and items in a state of disrepair (drain cover in pool and toilet roll holder) but nothing that detracted from the quality of our stay. Villa was spacious and luxurious, the swimming pool and outside areas are superb and it’s a 5 minute walk to the waterfront, beach and huge array of restaurants. Would 100% recommend and would definitely stay again.

Our second stay at this beautiful house

This was our second stay here, and we had a great time. The property is lovely and well equipped. The garden and pool are a really nice environment to hang out in. It's a short walk to the marina and beach, where there's lots of activity, good restaurants, shops, bakeries, etc. It's only half an hour's walk to old Alcudia, a beautiful walled city with old stone buildings and small winding streets. And it's very close to the mountains, with great hiking trails.

Lovely villa, great location. 5 minute walk to the waterfront and a huge choice of nearby restaurants. Villa was clean and spacious with great facilities and a lovely pool. Very minor issues, one of the toilet roll holders fell off and was loose when replaced and the drain cover at the bottom of the pool was broken. Some minor dirt in the corners of the bathroom but otherwise brilliant. Would come again.

Ideal property mallorca were amazing. They responded to emails promptly and provided additional time to pay our final balance due to insecurity with travel and Covid 19. They transported us to the villa and were really helpful. The villa is great. Great location, just a few minutes walk to the harbour. Nice Villa with a great location

Nice villa, perfect for the group of friends to stay over the new year. A few minor things need sorting and they are very basic things, such as forks that are cake forks not proper ones. No real cleaning products, such as dish clothes and things to dry pots. Location is perfect for walking into Alcudia port with lots of parking on the street outside the property.

Brilliant stay

We were a family of 9 the villa was very clean and tidy its an ideal size for large parties. We did have a small issue but this was quickly sorted within a couple of hours. The pool was a great size and a great hit with us all. We're already talking about our next trip. You are only a 5 minute walk to Alcudia centre were you will find plenty of places.to eat and drink. great family holiday

The property was in an ideal location for 2 families with older teenage children. We could walk to the port and the beach. We ate out at local restaurants and also made use of the outdoor BBQ when dining at home. The kitchen was on the first floor so it kept us fit carrying plates, cutlery and food up and down the stairs to the dining area by the pool in the evenings. The pool area was nice and there were plenty of shades you could put up over the sunbeds when it got very hot. We enjoyed being able to go out for morning walks, runs and bike rides from the villa.
