It’s a 2star resort for a reason. Apartment was dirty, very old with uncomfortable furniture. I accept living close to wildlife will bring ants, mosquitoes etc, but this is no excuse for lazy cleaners and no investment in improving the accommodation. My wife had to clean the apartment before we unpacked, never had to do that before. We paid a lot of money for three nights, so not even cheap. Avoid this place like the plague. It is truly awful.

I was allocated a ground floor room which got no sun and was overlooked so had to keep the curtains shut. My room was right next to the bar which stayed open until midnight so meant it was really hard to sleep with early cycling starts not good. I asked to move but was told the hotel was full. I certainly will never come back.

Overall extremely happy with our stay. We stayed here for 6 nights. Check in was very easy no issues at all and it was great check in was 2pm and check out 11am. There was a safe in the room also which was great (small fee to rent for the week) The pool area was clean. Friendly staff. The accommodation itself was basic and could do with a little facelift, however couldn’t fault it. The only thing I would have liked if we were able to change our towels more frequently. Good location about 7 minute walk to main pubs and restaurants.

My initial opinion of the property was terrible, it is located off the beaten track, some way from the beach and centre of the resort (1/2 hour walk) and on entering my room I discovered I had used towels in my room. The cupboard doors and drawers in the room needed to be repaired, the timer on the microwave did not work and the overall appearance of the room was tired. I had to request the key and remote for the air conditioning, the remote for the television and the code for the internet. i.e. the checking in and preparation of my room was very poor. Once I got over my initial disappointment I must say I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the room was basic but everything (except the timer on the microwave worked), the swimming pool, bar area and grounds of the hotel were good and the prices for food and drink were very good. If it was not for my initial disappointment with the preparation of the room I would have a much higher opinion of the hotel. I somehow managed to loose my safe key on my first night at the hotel, I think it fell out of my pocket when I was tired after travelling and in a negative mood after my first introduction to the hotel. I reported the loss to hotel reception and I must say they dealt with the situation well but I was charged a fee for replacing the lock on the safe (my fault for loosing the key).

Studio bien équipé avec micro-ondes, couverts et frigo (qui congèle plutôt que refroidi par contre). Je ne peux pas juger la piscine ou le restaurant de l’hôtel car nous n’en avons pas profité. Énorme bémol sur la propreté qui laisse clairement à désirer (poils sur les toilettes, taches et cheveux au sol, crasse sur la table, bestioles écrasées au plafond de la salle de bain, taches sur les serviettes) et sur l’odeur insupportable dans la salle de bain (mélange d’égout et de nourriture pourrie). C’est dommage parce qu’avec plus de propreté, l’hôtel y gagnerait beaucoup.
