'Blue view' is a charming apartment, decorated with avant-garde furniture, it is bright and located on the beach promenade in Puerto de Alcudia, just at the sea. The apartment is on the second floor, there is an elevator and it has been completely renovated in March 2018 in a fresh, Mediterranean style and offers a range of technology and new appliances.The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.The master bedroom has about 15 m2 and it has a double bed of 160 cm x 200 cm, a large wardrobe and a balcony overlooking the main street of Puerto de Alcudia, plus air conditioning.The second bedroom has one bed of 85 cm x 190 cm. This room also has air conditioning, a private terrace with an outdoor chair “Acapulco” overlooking the main street.The master bathroom has about 8 square meters and it has a bath and shower. The second bathroom has a shower with hydromassage.The kitchen has been completely renovated in March 2018 and it is modern, bright and fully equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher. It is great to cook with beach view. The kitchen continues with a great breakfast bar.After the kitchen we find the living / dining room, also equipped with air conditioning. A marble dining table "Tulip" of the designer Saarinen receives us with 4 chairs model "Tower" of fiberglass from the designer "Eames". A perfect place to eat and of course overlooking the beach of Puerto de Alcudia place.Right here we find a comfortable sofa bed that extends into a bed of 160 x 200 cm. and also all the multimedia área, TV 39’, SAT TV, Home Theater Phillips and WIFI area.The best is yet to come and it is the terrace overlooking the beach, a wonderful place to spend the day staring at the meeting of sky and sea. The terrace is equipped with a circular table and 4 chairs outdoor, plus 2 sunbeds acquired in recent months, as well as new bedding, towels, dishes, ..."Blue View" is the perfect apartment all along the year. It is perfect for families and couples who want to enjoy the beach, who search for an experience in the Mediterranean with a privileged view of the sea all day, in a quiet and central area of Puerto de Alcudia, where you can find shops and restaurants within 100 meters.The beach is only a few steps away from the apartment. From there you can walk to the marina ... everything is accessible from the road to the beach. Where you can enjoy all kinds of sports activities like windsurfing, paddle surfing, sailing, glass bottom boats, diving ... We also find restaurants, cafes, boutiques ... and also for children there are playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions. .. Nearby there are also banks, doctors, clinics, pharmacies.Alcudia found in historical sites such as the Roman city of Pollentia, the Roman theater, the medieval city walls of Alcudia.If you like nature, you are next to the largest natural park in the island S'Albufera. You will also find numerous hiking trails in Aucanada, Bon Aire, La Victoria, Coll Baix ...

Convenient Spot with Gorgeous View

The apartment was in a perfect location right on the beach! The only downside was parking - most days we had to park and walk a half mile to get to the apartment because all street parking spots were taken.

Appartement non conforme à mon attente

L’appartement que nous avons loué était effectivement agréable,bien décoré et bien situé en bord de plage.Mais l’annonce ne précisait pas qu’une des 2 chambres est minuscule et dotée d’un lit une place avec un deuxième matelas dans un tiroir ! Ceci peut convenir à 2 enfants mais pas à 2 couples de 60 ans comme j’avais bien précisé que nous étions sur mon courrier de réservation.J’aurais aimé être avertie de ce couchage non confortable.Le canapé du salon,quand à lui,est très dur donc également inconfortable. Cet appartement convient à une famille de 3ou 4 ,dont 2enfants,mais pas à 4 adultes. J’ai l’impression d’avoir été trompée car dans mon souvenir l’annonce parlait de 2lits simples et pas d’un lit gigogne,il ne m’a pas été possible d’accéder à l’annonce comme je l’ai demandé pour voir si c’est moi qui l’avait mal lue.En conséquence,je ne réserverai plus par l’intermédiaire d’Abritel pour nos prochains séjours entre amis. Très bel appartement, lumineux, propre et fonctionnel. La climatisation est un vrai plus.

L'appartement est vraiment à 2 pas de la plage mais j'en ai profité pour visiter les criques tout au tour de l'île, y'en a vraiment des magnifiques comme celles de Cala Barques ou Cala Morins qui sont à 15 minutes en voiture ou bien celles de la côte est comme Cala Mesquida qui sont à moins de 40 minutes. Le cap formentor est également pas loin de l'appartement. Profitez en également pour aller visiter les villes de la côte ouest (Esporles, Deyá, Valdemossa, Soler)

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub!

Die Lage ist super, toller Meerblick! Schöne Wohnung, großer Balkon! Auch gut ausgestattet mit Kästen und Kleiderhaken. Viele Laden und Ablagemöglichkeiten. 2 Bäder mit 2 Wc‘s! Lift vorhanden. Schöner Platz zum Urlaub machen. Traumhafter Sandstrand. Schönes Meer. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Nur ein paar Schritte bis zum Zentrum. Hier gibt es viele gute Lokale und auch einige Geschäfte zum Bummeln! Supermärkte an jeder Ecke. Gut ausgestatteter Küchenblock! Frühstück am Balkon mit Meerblick war traumhaft! Großes Bad - Badewanne und Halterung der Brause austauschen! Kleines Bad - Duschwand tauschen -dringlich! Geruch im dem kleinen Bad beseitigen. Küche - es fehlen Weingläser, nur 1 vorhanden und man benötigt mehr Wassergläser. Fixe Parkmöglichkeit wäre super!

Die Lage der Unterkunft und derBlick vom Balkon ist absolut Urlaubswert.Zu loben auch die gute Betreuung durch Alex. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Geruchsbelästigung im kleinen zweiten Bad,Duschkopf zu klein,Antennenkabel Wackelkontakt,Wein und Sektgläser zu wenig, kleiner Heizlüfter für Bad wäre sinnvoll.

I loved the view, directly at the beach. Amazing The mattresses are pretty uncomfortable and there was much notice on the streets early in the morning (I guess that was due to the village preparing for high season. But actually really annoying, as nearly every day people startet to cut trees before 6am

Schönes Appartement in toller Lage, aber.......

Die Lage ist bestens, der Italiener unten im Haus sehr zu empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war perfekt. Die Sauberkeit war okay, allerdings könnten Kochfeld, Spülmaschine und Toiletten mal dringend eine gründliche Reinigung erfahren. Beim Kichfeld haben wir das dann selber erledigt. Die Einrichtung ist wirklich schön, schade nur, dass die erst 3 Jahre alte Küche doch schon sehr mitgenommen ist und die Wohnung doch schon wieder renoviert werden könnte. Das Gäste-WC sammt Dusche ist nicht nutzbar., da der Waschbecken- Unterschrank aufgequollen und voller Schimmel ist. Der ganze Raum riecht so penetrant schimmlig, dass Personen mit einer Schimmelpilzallergie diese Wohnung nur schwerlich nutzen können und für alle anderen ist es bestimmt auch nicht gesund.

Fantastische Lage

Die Wohnung befindet sich an bester Strandlage! Der Ausblick vom grossen Balkon auf den Strand und das Meer hinaus ist wunderbar, genau wie auf den Fotos! Perfekte Wohnlage: Das erste Restaurant (Pizzeria DonVito) befindet sich unmittelbar neben der Wohnung. Ein Bankomat befindet sich im gleichen Haus! Den ersten Shop für kleinere Besorgungen findet man im Umkreis von 30m. Den Eroski-City erreicht man zu Fuss (ca. 250m). Den Abfall entsorgt man an der Entsorgungstelle bei der nächsten Kreuzung (ca. 50m). Im Umkreis von 100m findet man bereits mehrere schöne Strandbars und Restaurants. Wer eine Bootstour machen möchte, kann dies beim nahegelegenen Hafen buchen oder direkt am Steg beim Strand, beides in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt!!! Die Wohnung eignete sich ausgezeichnet für Ferien mit unseren 2 Kindern. Auch für Ausflüge mit dem Auto ist der Ort bestens geeignet! So kann zum Beispiel das Cap Formentor besichtigt werden, Palma ist in 40 Minuten erreicht, esTrenc, Soller und viele weitere interessante Ziele sind in weniger als einer Stunde zu erreichen. Vor dem Strand führt eine Promenade am Haus vorbei (nicht befahrbare Fussgängerzone), wer will, kann, auch mit Kinderwagen, kilometerweit am Strand entlang wandern. Die Rückseite des Hauses grenzt an eine normal befahrene Strasse mit vielen Shops und Restaurants. Trotzdem ist es in der Wohnung recht ruhig. Am Rande dieser Strasse finden sich unzählige Parkplätze, somit findet man im Umkreis von 200m immer einen Parkplatz, zum Entladen kann man kurzzeitig direkt vor dem Haus parken. Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert und wir freuen uns darauf in Zukunft die Wohnung ein weiteres Mal zu mieten. Leider lief bei unserer Ankunft bezüglich der Wohnungsreinigung nicht alles nach Wunsch, deshalb hier nur 2 Sterne. Die Reinigungscrew lieferte leider einen schlechten Job ab und die Küche war ungeputzt. Die Verwaltung hat aber sofort reagiert und am nächsten Tag wurde nachgeputzt. Ich denke die Verwaltung wird zukünftig genauer hinschauen und auch die kleinen Reparaturarbeiten durchführen. Somit also ein wohl einmaliger "Ausrutscher". Besten Dank, wir verbrachten eine tolle Zeit in Port d'Alcúdia.

Beautiful Location

A few days before we arrived the apartment got a new kitchen and we have to admit that it suits perfectly into this beautiful apartment. The kitchen island which is dividing the kitchen from the living area invited us to sit down and have a quick coffee in the afternoon before we were heading to the beach. The beach is directly in front of the apartment and the pictures show the beauty of Alcudia. Breakfast at the balcony with this view...Can't get any better :) Great stay for couples as well as young families. We will definitely come back again!

We had a fun time in town for the Ironman 70.3 Mallorca, and the apartment fit perfectly, with lots of space, a balcony, based right on the beach and with easy access to challenging bike trips. Also good service with the booking, arrival and departure.

A great apartment and wonderful view.

We have just returned from a very enjoyable stay at the apartment. The apartment is nicely presented and very well equipped. It is ideally located in a quiet area, but just a short stroll to the main resort and marina (where there are bars and a night market). There are lots of nice restaurants and bars within easy reach and the Pizzeria downstairs is very good indeed. We have 2 young kids, so ate in a lot and there are 2 supermarkets within 5 or 10 mins walk. Dining out on the balcony was a treat and we also really enjoyed a relaxing drink on it in the evening when the kids were in bed. There are tons of hotels and apartments in Port of Alcudia but not many are right on the beach and have balconies with views as good as this one. The beach immediately in front of the apartment is lovely and not as busy as neighbouring resorts. I is cleaned and ploughed (yes ploughed) regularly. We came and went as we pleased and really enjoyed going early morning or late afternoon. The gently sloping beach is ideal for young kids and you can wade out for 50m without the sea being more than thigh deep. There are sunbeds to hire (9 euros a day for 2 with parasol) but there was a beach parasol in the apartment which we used more often. If we return to Port of Alcudia we would definitely stay here again.

Schöner Urlaub in einem tollen Apartment

Wir waren im September 2011 in diesem wunderschönen Apartment und konnten unseren Urlaub richtig genießen. Es liegt direkt am schönsten Strandabschnitt von Alcudia. Von der Terasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Strandpromenade und Strand. Perfekt zum Frühstücken und abends bißchen zu chillen. Wir konnten bis in die Nacht hinein auf der Terasse sitzen und einfach die tolle Aussicht genießen, während unser Baby ganz in Ruhe in seinem Bettchen im Schlafzimmer geschlafen hat. Viele Restaurants und Bars sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Lage des Apartments ist absolut perfekt! Obwohl draußen immer viel los war, hatte man im Apartment seine Ruhe. Die Ausstattung war ebenfalls sehr schön und alles war sauber, gemütlich und schön dekoriert. Das große Bett war sehr bequem. Das Kinderbett und Kinderhochstuhl haben wir auf Anfrage auch bekommen. Diese waren in gutem Zustand. Der Vermittler Tolo war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Er hat uns viele Tipps zu der Umgebung gegeben. Wenn wir nochmal nach Mallorca / Alcudia fliegen werden, würden wir gerne wieder in diesem Apartment wohnen.

Very nice appartment with fantastic view

We enjoyed our February vacation this year in this beautiful apartment and had a fantastic time. With our little baby we discovered the north of Mallorca and had a lot of walks along the nice shore. Thanks to Tolo we never run out of ideas what to do and we appreciated his friendliness and help very much. The apartment is well decorated, has a great view on the ocean and the balcony is fantastic to enjoy a nice breakfast in the sun or a glass of red wine in the evening. We are looking forward to stay on our next visit to Mallorca hopefully again in this apartment. Bettina, Markus & Emilia
