Family including grandchildren in Alcudia

Very quiet location near beach. The villa is close to Alcudia old town, however, a car is essential. The villa is comfortable for a party of 6 adults and 2 children. The pool was very popular with the children and younger adults. The older members of our part found it difficult to access and exit the pool. The gardens and patio areas were very good with plenty of furniture, including sun beds. Being near a lake, mosquitos were a problem in the early evening. The equipment provided at the villa did not work. We purchased 30 euros of sprays and smoke rings used to be able to sit outside after dusk. The villa kitchen was reasonably well equipped, however, the preparing and chopping knives were too blunt to cut most foods. The weather was good, the beer cold and the villa provided a good accommadation for our family holiday!

Nice villa

Generally a comfortable stay, with lovely garden and pool. However double bed had noise issues and had to put mattress on floor. Cooker did not work properly. A car is a necessity, the 15 minute walk to town is hazardous and the buses would not always stop at our location.

Lovely villa

The villa was perfect as was the pool area. It was walkable to the old town but did need to get the bus to the maina area. Bus was from end of the road so this was not an issue.

Lovely villa for our family stay

We had a great time staying in Marina’s villa, she could not have been more helpful and accommodating from the time we booked right through to our departure day. The villa had everything we needed for our stay, was very spacious with three lovely sized bathrooms and comfortable beds. The area is very peaceful so you will need either a rental cats or taxis to get to Alcudia old town or Port de Pollensa. We made use of the pool and the BBQ along with the gorgeous outside space. Thank you Marina for a wonderful time!

Amazing villa

The villa was a beautifully maintained, spacious and clean space. The pool was fab, kitchen well equipped and plenty of space in the bedrooms for our group to spread out. Marina communicated with me very easily from the moment I enquired about the property and was on hand over text for questions for a few small fiddly things when we arrived, all very quickly resolved. We unfortunately didn’t realise how prevalent mosquitos were in the area, and had a couple people who react badly to bites. A few citronella coils or similar would have been handy to have at the property on arrival, rather than us having to seek them out at the store. Other than this we had a fabulous relaxing stay and would definitely be back if in the area again! Thank you Marina for having us 😊

Had such a lovely stay at this villa. Check in and check out was very smooth, the villa was cleaned thoroughly before our arrival and was great for the 6 of us for the week. Great facilities and a lovely environment to relax in during the day. Would reccomend it to anyone.

Just as advertised

Had a wonderful week at this property and was as advertised. We did not rent a vehicle, location is around a 12-15 minute walk to Alcúdia old town. Marina was very prompt with any questions we had. Pool was a bit hit with 4 teenagers and the house had plenty of room for our party of 8. All in all a great property and a great stay!! Thanks again Marina.

Lovely clean well presented villa suitable for all

Marina was so helpful from the start. 4 adults and 4 children ages 12-18! WiFi code was a must for the kids which was given to us straight away by Casper, Marinas son who went through the whole house with us when we arrived. The villa was spotless. Crockery and glasses galore! We had a issue with a leaky kettle and leaky fridge a few nights in but they came out that evening and fixed both. The 352 bus from the top of the road will get you anywhere otherwise you’ll need a car as it is in the middle of no where and no shops or bars unless you get a cab, bus or hire a car. We bussed and cabbed the whole time and found it very easy. Hot water was an issue with 8 people wanting to shower every evening it was first come first served but we survived! Air con upstairs is amazing, downstairs was tricky as all windows and doors needed to be closed before it worked which was hard in and out the villa from the pool to get drinks etc. Amazing weather for 10 days straight and loved every second. Thanks Marina!

Relaxing holiday

Lovely quiet little villa. 6 adults and 2 small children fitted comfortably. Communication with Marina was fantastic and quick. We were allowed to check out at 3pm making life much easier as we had a late flight. Pool is wonderful; nice and warm with inflatables and toys for the kids. The owners cleaned to pool during our stay and also left some extra toys for our 3 yr old which was a lovely touch. Only downside was that the kitchen was not stocked with any basics at all, such as salt, oil, sugar. We left some behind so hopefully they will be kept for the next guests.

Villa Sa Marina

Wonderful villa in a quiet location but still close enough to the old town, about 20 min walk. Port Alcudia only 10 minutes by cab which are cheap and quick. Perfect place for our group of 6 adults and 2 young boys who had a great time in the pool and at the beach. Lots of nice restaurants in both the old town and the Port area with plenty of variety.

Really lovely villa. In a great location between Alcudia town and Port de Pollença.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was everything the pictures and description promised, with well kept interior and a lovely private garden/pool. We booked very last minute (it was actually the day before we arrived... The fact that it was the off season made this possible), and Marina was so quick to respond and really helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this villa and will hopefully stay here again in the future.

Lovely villa, great location and good people

Really would recommend this lovely villa. We had a great week here in the sunshine. We were two adults, two children. A comfortable villa with an amazing pool in the garden. Alcúdia was great too, we went in most nights. There’s a great Promenade with a craft market and loads of cafes. The villa itself has two doubles and a twin upstairs, and there is a good handrail going up the stairs to hold onto. There are two bathrooms upstairs, one attached to the master, the other shared between the 2nd double and the twin. There are two separate air conditioning systems, one upstairs and one down. The kitchen is great, and there is a laundry room with washing machine and an airing frame. There is an electric kettle for boiling water - it leaks a bit but does the job. The only thing missing really was a couple of dishcloths for wiping down, I ended up using a pair of the kids socks! We didn’t really use the lounge as we sat outside on the sofa set out there, really enjoyed that. The kids were disappointed that the hammock in the pictures wasn’t there, but soon got over that because the pool is everything. LOVED the pool, water was warm, steps in made it easy. There were sun beds and an umbrella for shade. There is an outside BBQ but I tried with it once and couldn’t light it, so gave up and chucked the chops into a frying pan. I think you would need to get firelighters or something to make it work. For disabled people: if you are like me and can manage a few steps this was good, if you are completely wheelchair bound then I wouldn’t recommend the villa as the step into the front door and from the back into the pool area are steep. However, there is a downstairs bedroom (twin beds) and bathroom. As for Alcudia - the down ramps don’t always make it to the level ground and so there is still a step, also be wary of crossing the road, sometimes you have a down ramp on one side and no corresponding one on the other side of the road, leaving you stuck in the traffic. Couple of good places to eat in Alcudia, Restaurant Gran China, and the steakhouse next door, Muddys. Both on the seafront with amazing views, great people, good food. Marina’s son met us there on arrival and popped out a couple of times straight away when we called. Lovely pleasant people. We will definitely be going back to the villa and would recommend it for an amazing holiday.

Terrific Villa but with shortfalls regarding hot water

Enjoyed the villa which was well equipped and suited my family including my grandchildren. Thee only negative was the inconsistent supply of hot water. That said the response to issues we had was dealt with very quickly. Casper was terrific and very courteous and most helpful.

Good in Alcudia

A very nice villa in a quiet location. Has everything it promised. Very clean and you are self contained. Nearest shops about 15 min walk. Marina is very helpful and easily contactable. Alcudia and Port of Pollenca either side, we used the local taxi firm which are cheap and readily available. There was 7 of us and there was plenty of space. Overall we would recommend this villa if your looking for a relaxing holiday.

Beautiful house , very well equipped with everything we needed during our stay

We had a lovely stay at Marina's house , and we would be happy to recommend it to anyone , the children especially loved the garden and the pool . Marina was always available and quick to answer any queries we had . We didn't have a car for our stay and We enjoyed the stroll into Alcudia old town with its nice restaurants and shops , and Port d'Alcudia was only a quick taxi ride away in the evenings .

A wonderful place for a family with small children.

Marina's house was an absolutely perfect place for our vacation. The pool was beautiful, the yard was perfectly manicured and the house was in a quiet neighborhood far away from the tourist areas to be quiet but close enough to be a short drive away. The dishwasher and washing machine proved invaluable for our two families with young children. Marina's son, Gaspar, met us at the house when we checked in. Even though we got in late, he was incredibly friendly and stayed to give us top-notch recommendations on restaurants, supermarkets and non-tourist trap points of interest. Everyone in our group agreed on two things 1) we have to come back to Mallorca and 2) when we do, we are staying at Marina's again.

Lovely villa close to Alcudia old town

Marina's villa is spacious and stylish. The swimming pool is lovely (chilly but refreshing) and the villa very well appointed. We spent a week there with 3 young children and it was like a home from home. Marina was kind and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this place.

Fantastic property great location

A beautiful villa with everything you need for an amazing holiday. Lots of space inside and around the pool plenty of sun loungers and we especially loved the hammock! You can walk into Alcudia Old Town where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa are also nearby for water sports and beaches. We recommend this villa to all ages. Marina was always around to answers questions.
