Villa Roser, holiday house with private swimming pool situated in an urbanization called 'Es Barcares', in the outskirts of the village of Alcudia and close to the beach of Es Barcares and Es Morer Vermell.

The house is distributed in two floors, on the ground floor: living-dining room with exit to the porch, fully equipped kitchen with exit to the garden and to the swimming pool, bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom (with two separate beds).Upstairs: 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite).Equipped with internet wifi, satellite TV, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer....

Outside covered terraces, and private swimming pool surrounded by solarium.

Walking through the old town of Alcudia surrounded by its walls or visiting the Roman ruins of Pollentia or the Roman theatre is something not to be missed.

Alcudia is considered an Eco-tourist Municipality, is graced by an abundant and capricious nature, kilometres of beaches, wild and solitary coves, mountains,... with 12 kms of beach, mountains, and more, there are many things not to get bored, canoeing, diving, cycling, hiking and many other things that will surely enjoy you!

Important:This house only accepts families, groups of young people are not allowed.
