One of the best hotels in the area! Very affordable! very nice! My family stays here every time we come from Florida to visit our family in Bethlehem, would recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful relaxing comfortable stay! Close to everything! Quiet! Clean! The stay was not bad. There were a few things that I wish were better. The bathroom floor was not as clean as it should have been. But, The rest of the room was clean. The breakfast could have been better. The bacon was really good but the eggs were cold. Custom service at the front desk was really good.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while there were a few positives, there was one major downside that impacted my experience. On the positive side, the hotel was clean and well-maintained. The bed, bathroom, and overall room cleanliness were impressive and appreciated. However, the biggest issue was the AC/heating unit—it was extremely loud and ran all night with a constant, disruptive noise. After a long day of driving and looking forward to a restful night before continuing my vacation, I found it really difficult to sleep. The noise made it hard to relax, and I woke up feeling tired and unrested. This would have been a much better stay if the room had quieter climate control. Hopefully, the management can look into fixing or upgrading the system for future guests.

The front desk representative said she couldn't find my reservation nor the confirmatio number I showed her from Expedia. The staff including the manager with braids that does the breakfast, hair not tied back and hair in scramble eggs. I love Holiday Inn Express, but this one need some staff training. Holiday Inn Express is our seven year old favorite hotel chain.

Front Desk Attendant was very nice and made the checkin process very easy and conveniently with a smile. Great customer service goes a long way and he did a very good job making sure I had everything I needed. Would definitely stay again.
