A stunning 3-story luxury home nestled on 3 acres of lush, green land. Private Escape features a large, fenced in heated saltwater pool, and 7-seater hot tub. There is a three-story deck, complete with a fire pit and grills, perfect for sizzling some steaks while enjoying the breathtaking views.

Step inside this majestic home and be greeted by heated floors and bright LED lighting, providing a warm and welcoming ambiance. Our popular “Red Room” boasts a 65" curved TV and surround sound, immersing movie lovers in the ultimate cinematic experience. In the lower level, you will find a 58" 4K UHD Smart TV and the Arcade Room, featuring a Pac-Man and Marvel machine, along with board games for groups of all ages. With the fitness center and direct access to the backyard on the lower level, there is never a dull moment in our home. Stay comfortable regardless of the weather, thanks to the zone heating and cooling system. We provide Pack-N-Plays and indoor and outdoor toys for families with little ones, and we welcome certain pets to join in the fun.

Private Escape is not decorated or stocked like your typical vacation rental, but is prepped as if you are staying at a friend's house. Your home away from home ~

This place was GREAT! Very clean, roomy, private, well stocked with essentials in the kitchen, bath, arcade room, T.V's & pool area. Wonderful areas both inside and out to congregate with the group or to find a spot to just chill on your own. Property is lovely, nicely landscaped and surrounded by woods. Enjoyed seeing deer & hummingbirds! Bedrooms/bathrooms were super with plenty of room and choices to accommodate our group of nine people, ages 3 to 71. Plenty of games, videos & books to appeal to all as well. Pool & hot tub were amazing and a big hit for everyone! Hostess Fawna was wonderful, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. A truly fabulous, first-rate getaway!

Great Family Time

Had a great family vacation here - we mostly wanted a place to swim and hang out and this was perfect. Everything we wanted was provided and there was excellent communication with Fawna. We went golfing, checked out the nearby animal park and had a picnic at Cascade Park where there was lots to do. Also close to Grand Rapids for lots more things to do. But we mostly enjoyed the deck, pool and very private yard. So many games and baby things were provided. Would recommend this place!

There were 10 of us and vacation in this wonderful home and we had a blast. Lots of extras were provided to us to make it extra special. We also loved the pool and all the games and things to play. The house was filled with everything you need plus some really nice extras. We baked and cooked and found what we needed. It was clean, roomy and you didn’t feel too crowded.Checking in and out was simple and clear. The hot tub was great. Things were labeled well.I only have a few suggestions:I wasn’t aware the pool was not open until after our rental dates so was disappointed. Some of the pillows were flat and could use a few more in some rooms. We were not able to get the master bedroom TV set up to watch anything so maybe provide some instructions on how to work that TV.I would rent this place again.

Family Getaway

Our family of 13 (3 sisters plus our husbands and children) rent a home in Michigan every summer. We typically do a lake house but decided to try a house with a pool instead this year. It could not have been better! The home was beautiful, clean, spacious and filled with everything we needed. There was so much to do between the pool, bounce house, game room, kids play house, and garage full of outdoor toys. It’s also a short drive to Grand Rapids for even more entertainment. The property manager was great about checking in to see if we needed anything, and detailed check-in and check-out instructions were sent prior to arrival. We have been doing this for over 10 years and everyone agreed that this was the nicest rental we have stayed in. We were all very impressed! Thank you for a great week with our family.

Amazing weekend away!

I could not be more impressed with the accommodation, communication, cleanliness and vacation essentials that this property came with. Both the owner of the home and the property manager went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect weekend. The house was perfect for our family. It was spacious and allowed for privacy when needed. The house had everything we needed and more - the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. There were toys for our kids to play with, extra blankets for the cold nights and more. Everything was clean and tidy and the location was perfect.

Exceptionally well maintained and furnished home. Modern exterior with surprising Italian Villa decor inside. Fun Family Vacation!

This is a great place! When they say they have everything they are not kidding. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need, property management is in contact daily to ensure you are having a great time, pool is amazing! Amazing Home

Fantastic!!!!

This house has everything you need. We were greeted with a personal letter, a goodie basket and a new pool float. We had 9 adults and 4 kids and had so much room. This by far is the best equipped rental I have ever stayed in. You name it they have it! We spent lots of time at the pool. Drinking coffee on the deck and enjoying the privacy. The owner and the manager were spot on communicating with us. Thank you for a great vacation!!😀😀

Wedding weekend

Group of friends stayed here for a wedding we had in town instead of hotel. Place is amazing and exactly how described. Pool and hot tub made the place perfect. Management staff had outstanding communication and even with the rowdy group we had made sure we were still able to have fun without getting neighbors upset. We had a small group of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids ages 8-13) so the house was more than big enough. The home was very clean with a very well stocked kitchen and nice touches like a welcome basket with s'mores materials, microwave popcorn, etc. There were lots of towels and toys for the pool, as well as sunscreen, etc and the kids used the pool every day. We used the gas grill and firepit which worked great. We loved the covered upper deck with nice chairs and a table - spent a lot of time out there. That part of the deck was in the shade until mid-afternoon which was nice. The house is located in a very quiet area yet within about 20-35 minutes of numerous attractions - grocery stores, restaurants, John Ball Zoo, escape rooms, Dave & Busters, AJs Family Fun center, etc. Grand Haven beach was a little further but well worth the trip. The host, Robb, was extremely responsive to all of our questions and the Guest Customer Service Person, Fawna, was outstanding. She checked in with us periodically to see if we needed anything and quickly responded to anything we needed (had no dishwasher tablets and a little internet trouble - both addressed quickly). We really enjoyed our time in the home and would highly recommend it.

Great family vacation home

We had a wonderful time. The home is completely stocked from coffee to beach towels. Easy communication with Robb. We have stayed at numerous homes like this over the years and this one rates at the top of the list. For those that want to have a fun day at the beach, Millennium Park in Grand Rapids is tremendous.

Long Overdue Family Vacation

Because of Covid, we had not all been together for 2 years. In addition, we were celebrating a retirement. The house was exactly as shown and described in the rental company listing. The kitchen was very well appointed, every utensil, appliance, pot or pan you could ever need was there. All other areas were in top shape with needed supplies. We felt at home very quickly. It was a worry-free vacation. We were so lucky to have great weather in June. We spent every afternoon in the pool keeping cool and catching up. Though we had no small children in our group, the home was setup with plenty of safety features. We highly recommend this property to any family!
