"The room was great, but what stood out was the staff. Has anyone else noticed how high hotel beds have gotten. I’m short (5’3”) and now I need a step stool to get in bed at every hotel. I didn’t my usual one, so I asked at the front desk. Malcolm (sorry, don’t remember his last name) couldn’t find one. So, he called his home and had someone bring his personal one. This is above and beyond service. This was not the first request, but the biggest. Hey, Marriott! Promote this dude. Now. "
