The hotel staff are amazing. But this hotel has some big problems. The bed mattress is like mattress pads. Really uncomfortable! I don’t understand why not invest in some better bed mattress. The room also need some fixing. But they are lucky the location is fantastic!

I booked this hotel because it was conveniently located near the museums and gardens, and it was great for this reason. Unfortunately, the rooms are pretty small, and after a six-day stay, it felt claustrophobic. Definitely not up to the standard of the other Marriott Bonvoys we've stayed in.

Location. Location. Location. My room wasn’t the nicest room. My shower-head had more water come out everywhere else other than the little holes it’s supposed to but what it lacked in shower capabilities it made up for in location.

Great location

Unusual concept with minimal staff interaction. Not a full service hotel. No restaurant or bar on site. Newer lobby and lounge area. and Larger peaceful courtyard garden with sun, native plantings, sofas, seating areas under trees. Unbeatable location. Safe. Bathrooms older, furniture and finishes in the room a bit worn. Clean.

This was a perfect spot to stay in the Museum Quarter in Amsterdam. The shared area were lovely and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the area was quiet and safe.

Lovely boutique hotel. Staff helpful. Happy to make you a coffee to start your day. Use a code to get into building. If you want your room cleaned they request notice or they leave you be. Can self serve towels, etc Vondel park was at your doorstep. Little hanging or space to put clothes away. Room had a TV but no local channels, you need to stream from your phone.

A pretty solid option, which I would recommend to those looking for a cheaper hotel without sacrificing on a proper experience. A few gripes I had with this place include: the soap/shampoo/conditioner had a pungent artificial scent, the shower curtain was porous, and our room did not have instructions to access the TV's Chromecast (while my friends' did, which was the only way I knew about it). The facility was very clean, and the staff were fairly friendly and accommodating to our early check-in. The staff give you the option to barcode and store your bag when you check out, which is helpful if you have a late flight. I would stay again!

Do not trust the pictures. My room looked like a quaint, refreshed perfect little hideaway gem. It was really a closet! The room is literally the length of a single bed. It was shocking. I've never seen anything like it. Put that in the ads... tiny home, whatever... but you can't expect people to see the pic of the room and get what I got. The table was so tiny it could only hold my sunglasses bc all the coffee maker and accessories was on it. That did triple duty as a night stand. I could kick my TV from my bed. The walls are scratched and dirty feeling because they haven't been painted. The bathroom is of course also tiny. When sitting on the loo, my knees have about 10 centimeters clearance of the wall. TINY. If you are going to be TINY like that... TELL US, so we can decide if that is right for us. Very disappointed.

This is an amazing hotel and the location was perfect! The staff was friendly, AC worked great, elevator was convenient - this hotel met all of my needs. The rooms are a bit small but it was perfect for a solo traveler like myself. The luggage storage was also very nice.

Room was a bit small, but manageable. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Local neighborhood felt safe. 10 min walk to Rijksmuseum and general shopping and places to eat. Great if you need a simple/budget friendly comfortable place to sleep and will be outside most of the day
