L’endroit était magnifique une terrasse bien équipe avec une superbe vu l’hôtel est proche des restos et de la station bus Taxi l’endroit est très calme

Avoid at all costs. There was a water fault on the island on the Saturday and we were informed it was cleared by the mayor on Saturday night by a restaurant we had booked for Sunday night. We were due to stay on the Sunday and I hadn’t had any communication from the hotel at all. i had even messaged in May when I booked and didn’t hear anything, and their phone number doesn’t work. I reached out to them to ask about the water problem on the Saturday and didn’t hear from them. They messaged on Sunday morning saying we couldn’t come to the island due to the water problem, however we checked with many people (and google) which confirmed the mayor said the water problem was resolved and tourists were allowed on the island. We had no reply from the hotel to confirm if it was ok to stay that evening. I asked Expedia to help and they couldn’t get in contact with the property either. We ended up booking an amazing air bnb to stay in as we were on the island with no confirmation from the hotel if we could stay. I eventually got a message from them at 2pm saying they were putting us up in a different hotel on the island? Very bizzare considering their response was that tourists were not allowed on the island due to water problems - which had been resolved so why are they putting us in a different hotel? I would avoid booking with this ‘hotel’ it seems to be a scam and we are waiting for our refund.

A dream get away

So nice! Away from the madness and so pretty. Small little apartments with easy access to shops. This is not in the crazy capri. This is a way better choice that is close to the island bus. Quiet and serene with a balcony that has a killer view. Free coffee and tea up top!

Excellent place in Anacapri

Great location in Anacapri on the lovely island of Capri. We came out of season (Christmas) and within 5 minutes of arrival the host was there to check us in (despite us being several hours early). It was out of season but there were buses every 15 minutes and many restaurants, cafes, shops and tourist attractions open. We couldn't understand why more tourists didn't stay? We enjoyed the free coffee and sweets and the room and bathroom are superbly fitted out with modern showers. Excellent value and we would definitely stay again. Also a lovely kitchen and terrace area upstairs with a lovely coffee machine.

Romantická atmosféra

Velmi příjemné prostředí pobytu v centru Anacapri, kam se dostanete snadno autobusem z přístavu. Vyjímečná vstřícnost provozovatele ubytování umocnila náš pobyt zde. Kuchyňka a posezení na střešní terase s neuvěřitelně krásným výhledem. V pěší vzdálenosti je Grotta Azzurra, v její blízkosti je restaurace s výhledem na Neapolský záliv a na Ischii také tam jede autobus. Lanovka z Anacapri vede na Monte Solaro. Ve městě je mnoho příležitostí k posezení v restauraci i nákupu módy. Moc se nám v R&D Rest and Dream Capri líbilo.

Una bellissima esperienza. La camera in cui ho soggiornato è quella sita al secondo piano. È molto ampia, con due bellissime finestre con vista mare. Il bagno più ampio della media, nuovo, pulito e con una splendida doccia. Unico consiglio che mi sento di dare è quello di aggiungere uno specchio in stanza. La struttura poi dispone di un bellissimo terrazzo di copertura in comune con sedie e divanetti. Inoltre nella zona coperta della veranda è disponibile un frigo e la macchina del caffè (cialde offerte dalla struttura in camera). La posizione è perfetta: adiacente alla zona pedonale di Anacapri con bar e ristoranti ottimi, ed a pochi passi c’è la fermata del bus da dove è possibile raggiungere facilmente qualsiasi posto dell’isola fino a tarda notte. Senza dubbio ritornerò e lo consiglio.
