"We had stayed here a few years ago and decided to return with some friends for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. The rooftop bar is second to none with the views of Florence. Barbara, the Concierge was a great asset to arrange transportation, restaurant recommendations etc. I was the "coordinator" in charge of 12 friends, and she was a so helpful. I don't think I could've done it without her. The rooms were clean, and the showers were great by Italian standards as some can be quite small. We love that the Hotel was centrally located so it was easy to get around central Florence. Highly recommend. If you need assistance in booking anything contact Barbara the Concierge. "
