There are two bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower. There also are a comfortable dining-living room and a completely equipped independent kitchen.
In the outdoor area, you will find a fantastic private pool, a wide terrace and a private parking area. The wonderful location of this villa, 340 metres above sea level, will guarantee you amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea, the mountains of the Axarquía and romantic sunsets.
The rustic house is situated 4 kilometers uphill by a fully paved mountain track. This is why you won't need an all-terrain vehicle (ATV), a conventional car is enough to get to the villa.
