Enjoy the peace of the countryside in this modern and stylish villa with a private pool -with an integrated Jacuzzi- and beautiful views over the island. It has capacity for 8 guests.
The exteriors of the house have been designed to be able to admire the amazing views while you swim in the water salt pool -which measures 11 x 4 meters and has a depth between 1 and 1.90 meters-, relax in its integrated Jacuzzi -only cold water-, sunbathe on the 6 sun loungers or on the Balinese bed, or enjoy a delicious barbecue at the porch. The large garden is also perfect for children to play. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.

The interior combines a modern and comfy style with more traditional architectural elements such as the stone walls. All the rooms are on the main floor, being the great living-dining room-kitchen the protagonist og the house. Here you can watch satellite TV, cook on the ceramic hob and have lunch together while still enjoying the views. The house offers 4 bedrooms with AC -2 with a double bed and the other 2 with twin beds-. Two of them have an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also another bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Finally, a cot and a highchair are available if you travel with your baby, as well as 4 fans. And there are screen roller blinds to protect from the sun beams.

Ariany is a small town in the centre of Mallorca with the basic services for your stay on the island. Its central location will allow you to easily explore the island: the Sierra de Tramuntana to the west, the beaches of Can Picafort or Playa de Muro to the north, the beaches of the east or the capital, Palma, to the south. You can also visit other nearby inland towns such as Petra or Sineu.

Die Finka war ein Traum!

Die Finka war ein Traum! Die Räumlichkeiten und die Ausstattung waren genau wie beschrieben, der Ausblick am Pool sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mietwagen sind zwingend erforderlich, weil die Finka abgelegen liegt, aber da wir damit geplant hatten war dies gar kein Problem - Stellplätze inkl. Garage sind vorhanden.

Un hôte extraordinaire pour une maison extraordinaire

[+] Notre hôte était tellement gentil, toujours prêt à aider en cas de besoin et à répondre à nos questions (réactivité au top!) ! il nous attendait à l'arrivée et nous a tout expliqué sur la maison...et quelle maison !! une vue magnifique sur la vallée, parfaite pour d'extraordinaires couchers de soleil et de belles nuits étoilées, au calme total. La piscine, grande et avec jacuzzi intégré, était un régal ! nous étions 7 (un adulte et 6 ado) et c'était incroyable ! le wifi fonctionne parfaitement, la climatisation est présente dans les chambres, la cuisine dispose de tout le nécessaire. La maison dispose également d'une télévision avec de nombreux programmes. Il y a aussi un grand garage où 3 voitures peuvent être garées (appréciable de rentrer dans des voitures restées au frais). Miquel est passé nettoyer la piscine pendant nos sorties pour ne pas nous déranger et est venu nous dire au revoir le dernier jour. Encore merci pour tout !!! Comptez 45mn de l'aéroport, 40mn pour Alcudia, 30mn pour Cala Bona et quasi 1h pour Valdemossa. [-] Je mettrais un bémol peut-être sur les équipements de la cuisine (j'ai eu du mal à faire fonctionner le lave-vaisselle, ce que j'ai signalé à Miquel qui a prévu de faire vérifier) mais vraiment, c'est un détail à côté de tout le confort et de la qualité de l'accueil. Bon à savoir : l'eau des robinets est légèrement salée. Un peu surprenant pour nous Français habitués à boire l'eau du robinet. Optez donc pour les bidons d'eau minérale des supermarchés, qui est très bonne. Je mets 9 à cette location car le coût reste extrêmement élevé si comme moi, vous offrez ces vacances à vos co-voyageurs ;-) et sinon, faîtes vous plaisir, vous ne le regrettez pas ! :-)

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in dieser Finca. Die Beschreibung entsprach genau der Realität, und Miquel, unser Gastgeber, war super nett und hilfsbereit. Er war jederzeit ansprechbar und seine Restaurant- und Strandempfehlungen waren klasse. Die Finca selbst war sehr gepflegt und bot alles, was wir für einen gelungenen Familienurlaub brauchten. Wir haben die Ruhe, den tollen Außenbereich, den Pool und die geräumigen Zimmer sehr genossen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen ?

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser tollen Immobilie. Das Haus ist so großzügig gestaltet und der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder und alle haben sich so wohl gefühlt. Der Eigentümer war außerordentlich nett, zuvorkommend und engagiert. Es war rundum perfekt.

Wunderbarer Urlaub dank grandioser Unterkunft

Die Finca ist neu ausgestattet, bietet viele große Schlafräume und einen enormen Aufenthaltsbereich. Egal ob am Esstisch, auf der Couch, in der Galerie, am Pool oder draußen in einer Lounge - es gibt genug Entspannungsräune, die alle super gepflegt und sauber sind. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, so dass das Kochen auch leicht fällt. Es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank sowie einen Gefrierschrank. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die Tiefgarage für die Mietwägen (Platz für 3). Der Pool ist ebenfalls grandios, sauber und lädt für viele schöne Stunden zum erholen ein. Das Haus ist wunderbar. Der Vermieter kümmert sich um alles sofort, sollte etwas nicht passen. Außerdem ist er super freundlich und bemüht, seinen Gästen einen tollen Urlaub zu bescheren. Bei uns hat das auf jeden Fall funktioniert!

Best even spannend natuurlijk hoe dat dan gaat maar ik kan niet anders zeggen dan dat het fantastisch was. De eigenaar (Miqual) deed zo hard zijn best om alles naar onze zin te maken. Echt heel fijn. Het huis zelf is groot en ruim met een heerlijk zwembad. Het zoute water merk je eigenlijk niet (was bang voor een zeewater gevoel maar dat was zeker niet het geval). De kamers, bedden, apparatuur, etc. alles was er en echt top voor elkaar. Veel was ook net nieuw. We hadden een paar dagen van 36+ graden, dat was even afzien omdat er (nog) geen airconditioning in het huis aanwezig was. Dat wisten we, maar op die dagen (nachten) viel dat wel een beetje tegen. Miqual gaf aan dat ze in bestelling stonden en binnenkort geinstalleerd worden. Ik verwacht dat dit dus in de toekomst geen punt meer gaat zijn. Al met al hebben wij enorm genoten en een schitterende vakantie gehad.

Alles genau so wie beschrieben. Sehr schönes luxuriöses Anwesen, riesiges Grundstück, sensationeller Ausblick, absolute Ruhe. Eigentümer Michael stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und kam jeden 2. Tag zum Reinigen des Pools. Top gepflegt. Eine wirkliche Empfehlung!

We hadden een paar dagen van 36+ graden, dat was even afzien omdat er (nog) geen airconditioning in het huis aanwezig was. Dat wisten we, maar op die dagen (nachten) viel dat wel een beetje tegen. Miqual gaf aan dat ze in bestelling stonden en binnenkort geinstalleerd worden. Ik verwacht dat dit dus in de toekomst geen punt meer gaat zijn. Al met al hebben wij enorm genoten en een schitterende vakantie gehad.
