This fantastic 5 bedroom 2.5 house has all the comfort of home with the privacy you need. This home has it all in wonderful suburban East Cobb - Marietta, GA. Large inside and out. In addition to the 4 bedrooms upstairs, there is a day bed in the office and a large play/guest room with a couch and queen size air mattress. There is a nice size kitchen with all amenities, dining room, office, sunken family room with fireplace and a wonderful screened in porch. This corner lot is large and private. Marietta Square, Truist Park, the Battery and Downtown Historic Roswell are 10 minutes away. If downtown Atlanta is your thing you are just 30 minutes from the heart of downtown and 20 minutes to Buckhead. Enjoy the many fine restaurants like Seed, Drift, Little Alley's Steakhouse, Marietta Pizza Kitchen and many more. The home was clean and comfortable. Beds were a little soft for my liking, but adequate. The kitchen was well stocked for prepping for our family gathering. It would have been nice to know that all bedrooms were on the 2nd floor. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay.

Truely a home away from home

Very clean, easy check in, gorgeous neighborhood with access to a community pool. It was minutes from anything you could need, target, the YMCA, gas stations , yet felt very quiet and private in the neighborhood. We had such a wonderful time. Would come back again and again.

Great house for the family

We were in town for a baseball tournament and brought the whole family of 7. This house was perfect for the amount of people we had and if we are ever back in town we would definitely stay at this house again

Baseball Tournament

We were down for a baseball tournament at East Cobb. Place is 18 minutes away, grocery and gas down the street, and food options nearby. Perfect stay for us.

Graduation trip to East Cobb

The house was certainly adequate for our needs. The photos were accurate; what was difficult to visualize was the layout. There is a living room on the lower level, along with the laundry room, a powder room and the bonus room with the sofa. This level is only 6-7 stairs below the kitchen and the rest of the main floor of the house. It’s an older home so the lack of overhead lighting made it seem dark in the house. Our biggest suggestion would be to put in more lighting (lamps, etc.) We had to bring our dog with us at the last minute, and we were grateful that David was willing to accommodate our request. Please note that while there is a fence on three sides of the backyard, the yard is not enclosed because it is open on the side next to the garage. Also, we generally walked our dog on a leash out front because there are some type of stinging nettles scattered through the back yard. Don’t walk out there without shoes on! Mattresses were fine, appliances were all in working order during our stay. Overall, a nice stay in a comfortable home.

Great rental for 2 Baseball families

We really enjoyed how spacious this home was. Space for everyone. I didn't love the master bedroom bed though. It was a queen with a foam topper that didn't give my husband and I the best sleep. It could really stand to be replaced with a new King bed and then it would have been completely fantastic. Otherwise, it was a terrific rental. Great location, great neighborhood and I would definitely rent it again.

Property has good bones, stairs creaky, and the smoke detectors and some electrical were cranky at first (flickering lights, smoke detector would beep at unpredictable intervals, but the Host addressed all challenges immediately. Old tree in front over driveway dropped some branches overnight when it didn't storm, but missed our car in driveway and again, Host addressed immediately. Would definitely stay again in the future, great location and comfortable living for an older couple (70/71) and our grandkids on overnight stays!

Nice neighborhood and location

We enjoyed this location for our baseball boys. Neighborhood was nice with community pool. Also great nearby restaurants. The property owner was fantastic and very responsive to a few problems we had. I will hopefully stay here again next year if our baseball boy’s return to play In tournaments nearby!

In town for family event

The location was perfect for us and the neighborhood was safe, quiet and well maintained. This home offers a lot of room for everyone, both inside and outdoors. It was super clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again when we come back to Atlanta!

Lovely home in a great neighborhood

Lovely home with lots of thought to the amenities. Beautiful quiet neighborhood where we wanted to be. Host was VERY responsive to emails, questions and whatever we needed. Large home easily accommodates many people/families. Would gladly stay here again!

Renovating House

It was nice to be able to find a property close by to our own home while the floors were being worked on. Would have hated having to take dogs to kennel, but did not have to as property is pet friendly. Easy access to our house as well as to grocery stores, gas stations was a plus. Enjoyed our stay.
