The bartenders, servers and management at the restaurant bar acted as though they hated their jobs- actually seemed mad with customers and with each other. Not a pleasant environment! There were 2 exceptions- the food runner and Estabon were happy & smiling

Room and bed quite comfortable. Nice restaurant downstairs. It was first class the staff were helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and woul use hotel in the future. Beautiful lounge areas and private quiet places to sit.

The rooms are just Old and the security locks. Looks like it’s been repaired about two dozen times with numerous holes in the wall like someone was trying to break in before. The bathroom hardware and showers are old. Carpet felt cruddy.

Hotel was nice. It was clean and room very well kept. Some employees not too customer friendly. Ask one of the maids for towels and she refused which brought all your customer service down. Everything at the hotel extremely expensive.
