I stayed 3 nights and asked for my room to be cleaned and no one cleaned my room. i asked for the trash to be taken out and no one took the trash out. I have to keep asking for towels and toilet paper. The room was nothing like shown on the pics . The pool was nasty and that was the reason i booked with them.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel overall. The on-site restaurant and bar offered a decent selection of food, the rooms were clean, and the staff was truly outstanding — Gia, Skip, Barbra, and Keisha were especially wonderful and made us feel very welcome. The location is also a big plus. It’s conveniently close to many attractions in and around Atlanta, with easy access to major roads leading to nearby towns. However, I do wish I had known the hotel was undergoing renovations before booking. Some areas appeared worn down, and it was noticeable in places. Soundproofing between rooms was minimal — I could hear late-night conversations from neighboring rooms. The door lock felt a bit loose, though it still provided a sense of security for me and my son. The pool area had potential but needed attention. The water was extremely cold, and parts of the pool’s paint were peeling. Some rust was also visible along the pool’s interior. That said, the staff made a huge difference in our experience. Once the renovations are complete, I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Hotel has mold issue. Think renovations may be starting look of storage unit. And Renovations crew builid fire in parking lot. Smoking looks like bowl pipe i dont know ans smoking merjuiana. Crak

Well, it’s really hard for me to say something negative and I’ll try to be positive I promise: It WAS a great hotel, but NOT anymore ! Unfortunately! Some areas as the Lobby and the dining room are great (still) but our room wasn’t! At least the bed was good enough for one night stay. For some reason, I felt completely uncomfortable. We were about to leave. Again, it was an amazing place to stay but not anymore, sorry.
