"Everything was perfect except the AC got shut down at night making it hot and unable to sleep. On informing the staff they told they would take care of it. However, the next day it was naturally cold, and we did not have to use the AC"

"One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever walked into, the lobby and bar area was gorgeous and a great place for a nightcap as the day winds down. We were greeted by the staff upon check-in, and they were so friendly and took the time to show us the spots to hit around Bilbao. From there, each experience we had with the staff was splendid, helpful in reserving a taxi for an early morning flight, getting us wine at the bar, etc. Easily the most helpful and friendly staff I've experienced at a hotel in years. The rooms were not huge, but had a nice couch area beside the bed. Sink was outside of the bathroom and the bathroom was tight but not too small. If you are looking to explore old town, this is a perfect place to stay, we can't wait to stay here again in the future. "

"Excellent hotel, with very friendly staff - especially the lady who served me dinner my first night. I forget her name. The hotel was a bit hard to find at first, but once I got there I realised there's a metro stop just a 2 min walk away. It's only one stop from the old town then. Highly recommend this place."

"This was the perfect location in Old Town Bilbao. The room was very compact, chic, and was ok for solo, but not really enough storage for two people (but maybe they have larger rooms for couples). Very secure. There was a small problem with the air conditioner but they attended to it quickly. Emails and questions while here weee responded to almost immediately. Lots of wonderful places to enjoy pintxos (and of course full menus). Would highly recommend. "
