The room stank soooo bad. I will never stay in another super 8 again. It smelled like someone had old urine and sweat. The sheets did not look fresh. I didn’t want to tough anything. It looked clean but the smell. I can’t get over. I’d rather stay the night in my car than sleep there. The staff was nice but it was late and they do the bare minimum.

We booked a wheelchair accessible room and that's what we initially got. Not a bad room if you enjoy bedbugs, but that's not my wife and my thing. They moved us to a non wheelchair accessible room for the night, you know until the person in the other accessible room checked out the next day. But the next day they didn't have another accessible room for us. So we found another hotel that did. I went down to the front desk and told them I was checking out and the guy said just put the key card in the box, I informed him I was checking out early and wanted to make sure it was done, he said leave the key card in the box so I did since I wasn't in the mood to argue. I just wanted out of there. Checked my credit card statement when I got home and wish I could say I was shocked to find they charged me for the original booking instead of the early checkout, but alas, I can't say that. I wasn't shocked to find out they didn't properly check me out of the hotel and they charged me for the originally planned number of nights.

Main gripe is the room was very old, unclean and had a bad smell. It was hard to feel comfortable and clean there. In addition, there were people hanging outside smoking and mingling. They weren't harming anyone but just in the way whenever I left and returned to my room.

Room i stayed in tv had no channels to watch, wallls where dirty and had holes in them . Bathroom was dirty and the bathtub was so dirty i choose not to shower and stand in the black stains on the shower floor. Staff were rude when i approached one of them and asked a question in regards to coffee . Based on the condition of the room i was placed in i will not return to this location.

Room was not cleaned or serviced even once during my three night stay. The bathing room smelled like urine. The floors were filthy. Etc, etc.

Very friendly staff, big smiles! After driving 8 hours into town, all we wanted was sleep. I’ll tell you, as soon as our heads hit the pillow, we were out! I don’t know what that bed was made of but I had THE BEST sleep I have had in forever! Plus Wienerschnitzel is right next door!

Beds were comfortable! TV was horrible, sound was defective. Shower had no water pressure. Door lock would not work sometimes. Our original room hadn't been cleaned so they had to move us to another. Doors kept slamming well after midnight. Access to freeway was awesome. Beds were comfy. Coffee was pretty good.
