Cleanliness of rooms and hallways. Staff in the pool area were very friendly and informative. Plenty of parking. The restaurant’s food was outstanding. A wide selection to choose from. Restaurant and lounge staff were courteous and fun.

Found a living cockroach in our bathroom. Was given the opportunity to change rooms in the same building. We declined to stay and when speaking with the general manager( kapil), not once did he apologize for the situation. Will definitely not be back and will definitely share our experience there

Water was the best feature. Its really healing. Beds were great!! Price was good for the experience. I'm going back for the water!! Building is old. Needs more loving and updating. The vegetables were bagged and boiled!! Terrible way to serve! Should be steamed or grilled.
