Lovely helpful staff and proximity to the airport was excellent. Having the restaurant onsite was a bonus and the food was really nice. Took the stress out of traveling.

Great price! Spacious. For a family with a baby, a table and four chairs would be better than a desk with one chair but there was no need for a cot; we moved the double bed against the wall. We brought our own heater and night light, so a thin duvet with no lamp or heating in the bedroom was fine. Friendly staff opened a can for us and let us use a large pot.

The bathroom was not clean. There was no tea towel, plug for the kitchen sink or dish cloth. And when i mentioned this to house keeping staff on departure, they offered me a tea towel so i could dry my dishes after i explained 'Dishes were washed but not dried'.. I happily declined as it was 9:58am and explained maybe make sure all amenties are dealt too. There was no hand towel or bath mat. Very dissatisfied as we are regular customers here, so very disappointed.

The shower water flow was problematic and uneven, the toilet desk was broken, the bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty and we had to ask to replace them. Staff was friendly.
