Great location!

Loved the location, restaurant, happy hour bar and cleanliness! The staff were helful and the room size was great. What i wished they had more of was space in the bathroom to put things. No place to hang wet towels either. Great hotel overall.

The only thing about this property was the room was ok and clean. I didn't like the fact that I have to pay for parking regardless it should be complementary. Also I didn't like that fact that I purchased breakfast for the facility that they don't over as an amenities

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Austin, Texas

Our staycation at ALOFT Austin was wonderful. Valet in front of hotel was slow but methodical. It is a jammed up area of Austin and not much space. Check in was seamless. Carolines upstairs is a cool indoor/outdoor bar/restaurant. Food & margs were delightful. Kudos to bartenders Justin & Danny. The king size bed room was a bit smaller than we usual see. However, we were there only 1 night so not a big deal. Room was clean and well decorated. Great location if you’re visiting Austin for 1st time. At 2am we had to call front desk because someone was playing loud thumping music. Security handled it within 30 minutes. Thanks for that. At checkout Ria (thank you) noticed we had the above issue and spoke with Bri S,(mod) who then comped our valet parking. Thank you for that. We highly recommend ALOFT Austin and would stay here again. It was a pleasure. Thank you.
