The hotel is great and the service was excellent! The employees were super friendly. The only complaint is the area is full of transients, tent cities under the bridge and trash because the city allows this to happen. It was a work trip so I had to be there, but I would never visit Austin for any personal reason.

Hotel was nice and clean. Cleaning staff was great on service. Only 2 minor suggestions I have.. even though hotel had coffee available all day would have preferred to have coffee maker in the room. Also there were no guides of places to visit while in Austin. Staff did not have any recommendations as well. Minus these suggestions hotel was great.

We stayed 3 days and the room was never cleaned. They do one round super early to see who has DND and they don’t come back in the whole day. We asked to go and clean the front desk twice.

The hotel was lovely staff were friendly. But I’m sure someone had a vaccum cleaner going 24/7 somewhere there. I can sleep through anything. Sleep through turbulence on planes. I struggled to sleep for the 2 nights of my stay
