We had a wonderful time at this property. Couldn’t have asked for more. Kent clearly communicated and answered all of my questions. The property was clean and efficient. The location was conscientious to the campus, shopping and restaurants. Excellent in all regards. Highly recommend.

Love it

Great location. Incredible view of downtown skyline, House Park field and the most famous skatepark on the planet. Everything that really matters was 5 stars. Appliances, shower and laundry are top notch. Mountains of towels. Spacious with efficient layout for small place. Minor dings here and there. Some are head scratchers where a day by a maintenance person could button things up - a little nitpicky perhaps. Had a rough entry with two emails containing wrong gate code in multiple places. Remote didn't work in living room, had to be replaced. With that being said, mgmt company was incredibly responsive to all needs and was available 24/7. I would recommend and will return.

Great location!

We enjoyed staying at the property, which is located on a quiet street very close downtown Austin. The condo development is only three stories, which we liked. The neighbors are very nice and everything from the parking to the trash receptacles is set up conveniently. The property was clean with plenty of amenities for a short or long stay. The only thing I would change is upgrading the furniture (all of the chairs were broken with the arms taped on), including higher quality sheets/towels, and more dishes and silverware. All in all, it was a comfortable stay for an affordable price. We would absolutely stay here again.

Cute corner condo

This was adorable. The parking is gated and only accessible with a code so that is nice because this is in the middle of DT Austin and right next to a skate park. That would be the only reason for the 4 stars, it didn’t bother me as much but it was loud as both nights people were screaming at each other At the skate park which you can hear when sitting on the porch. The house was clean and we loved the washer and dryer being connected to the bathroom. DoorDash delivered everything but also everything was within walking distance! The owner was available any time we messaged which was only once to clarify the WiFi password, everything else was great! Would definitely stay again.

Sightseeing in the city of Austin

From the time that we contemplated staying in the unit, the communication with the property manager was excellent. The unit was exactly as described. It was neat, clean, quiet and offered amenities above and beyond what was necessary. Upon arrival in Austin, I needed to get in touch with the management. The response time was always immediate. I would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing

This is an amazing peoperty at a great location. Close to downtown and IH-35 which can take you anywhere in Austin. The property is in perfect spot because although its close to downtown its out the way so you dont have to worry about shady stuff plus garage is seucure with assigned parking very limited. Last but not least great view on balcony. It was raining when i went but that made scenery mire beatuful looking into mountains. Balcony stays dry during rain so you can hang out there whenever. Definitely selecting this location again.

Overall the location was good. There were some issues - the toilet clogged up; the toilet handle appeared to malfunction. There were spots on the bath towels. Scuff marks on the wall; the porch screen door was completely off.

Great condo, excellent location!

Great 5-star condo! Clean, well appointed. Loved the hard surface floors instead of carpeting....felt much cleaner. Loved the balcony with great view- tree tops, skatepark below and beautiful city skyline views in distance! Bed was extremely comfortable! Shower was great, water hot. Appreciated the coffee and spices, etc. available in cupboards and filtered water pitcher in fridge! Only downside was that Wi-Fi connection was spotty/slow - we just ended up using our data. Excellent 5-star location! Surrounding neighborhood was lovely with large old homes and many businesses, offices. We were able to walk to Capital building, downtown/6th street, South Congress Ave, Zilker Park, UT campus and more! We did have a rental car and the gated parking that was included in total price was a big plus! Definitely recommend this place - it was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our week stay here!
