An Amazing Stay! I had an incredible experience at this hotel! The artwork throughout the property is absolutely beautiful and gives the space such a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The employees were kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. My room was clean, stylish, and well-maintained. Overall, everything about my visit was amazing—I’ll definitely be coming back!

The location and style of the hotel was great! Very modern and I appreciate their signage to support marginalized groups, The staff was hot and cold. Dome were very friendly and helpful and some were too distracted or uninterested in good customer service. All and all it was a good stay!

So futuristic that people who saw my Snapchat story thought I was in Japan. Their brand and marketing tactics are adorable. CitizenM truly sets itself apart from Marriott and Hilton. All artwork and signage was intentional and not just a random mass produced canvas slapped on a wall. Employees were so bubbly I loved them. It wasn’t like we were interacting with someone who was there to clock in and clock out. You could tell the workers truly loved the environment and were happy to be there. No fake customer service voices.
