Would not recommend staying here. The staff was helpful and helped us swap our room when we originally got there because in the first room we were assigned the toilet was broken, the heater had been running so the room smelled bad & there was a roach in the bathroom and the shower was pretty dirty. After swapping our room the new one smelled like a complete hotbox and the AC di not work so we had to open the windows and overall wasn’t very clean but the shower was at least a bit better. Overall wouldn’t recommend it wasn’t a horrible experience but also not pleasant.

Breakfast was absolutely cold, and the first batch of bacon was burnt. Last night there was spiders all in the sheets. We used disinfectant spray so could at least sleep through the night. The images display upgraded modern rooms, but they are from being completely upgraded. The staff was friendly and attempted to be accommodating. Breakfast was absolutely cold, and the first batch of bacon was burnt.

Wish they had more ice machines and not make everyone use the 3rd floor and only have one elevator and also the homeless were very present and made me feel unsafe when out on back patio but everything else seemed to go fine ..not bad for the money

Never got housekeeping. Toilet wouldn't flush on day 5. Had to get a plunger from front desk and unstop it myself. Some lights were out. Tv selection was terrible. Bad experience. I couldn't cancel the room because I already had reserved it. I wasn't pleased with my stay at the hotel and would like a patial if not full refund.

Breakfast was your typical breakfast, eggs, toast, bagels, juice, coffee, etc.. Check in was quick and easy. Rooms were clean. The bathroom was a little outdated and the fan smelled like it would catch fire, but overall the rooms were big. Beds were a little soft for my liking but I think it’s standard since we stayed in other similar hotels. Everything was pretty close by, all within 15-20 min. Overall, I’d stay here again.

No había personal que hablara español en recepción. Y acerca del desayuno decía que necesitabas cupones por día los cuales no nos entregaron a la hora de hacer check in. En realidad no ocupamos el servicio pero creo que debe ser por default que te los brinden sin necesidad de pedirlos.
