Welcome to our charming and fully equipped 2 bed 1 bath Airbnb, located in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. Our cozy and stylish apartment is perfect for families or couples looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in the city.

Our apartment is beautifully designed with modern furniture and decor. The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city, watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV or simply enjoying relaxing in your own space. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher.

The two bedrooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated, with a king-sized bed and a queen bed fitted with luxury sheets.The bedrooms also have plenty of storage space. The bathroom is fully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also have a bidet.

For your convenience, we also have a stacked washer and dryer in the apartment, so you can pack light and have fresh clothes throughout your stay.

Work from home or keep the family entertained with high-speed wifi and large smart TV. Stream your favorites on Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and more!

Outside, you`ll find two sparkling pools with lounge chairs, perfect for relaxing under the sun. There are also plenty of amenities, including BBQ grills, and a clubhouse. Stick to your routine with our newly renovated shared gym! You will love this brand new space and all it has to offer.

We prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our guests, and sometimes this means the pool may not be accessible during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to ensure any impact on your stay is minimized.

Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro`s website).
We have security cameras outside of our home at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside of the home, respecting our guests` privacy.
1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine)
2) Quiet hours are 10 PM to 10 AM, per city ordinance.
3) No events or parties
4) Dogs allowed, maximum of two. Cats are not permitted. A one-time pet cleaning fee of $120 applies. A pet brought without paying the fee is charged $250. Dogs must be crated when left unattended, are not permitted on furniture, and may not be left outside unsupervised. Owners are responsible for any damages.
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don`t expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age to book is 25. The person booking must be 25 or older and must stay at the property for the full reservation.
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
