Thank you for choosing the Hyatt House Austin Downtown. Sorry the pool is not heated; no chance for it to warm up on it's own with the late freezes we had in March.

Waited nearly 3 hours for our rooms to be inspected. No quantified compensation given except apologies and valet comp. Staff great but was told final bill would be different but final bill higher than promised.
