My family had a wonderful stay at Kathy’s property. It is very well appointed and offers stunning views of the lake. We especially enjoyed meals on the deck as well as the pool and spa. This is a great place for a peaceful, relaxing getaway and we hope to return soon! Kathy also kindly left us pet treats and Easter goodies :).

Mid-March stay was wonderful. Gorgeous well-appointed home and surroundings with peaceful lovely views. We enjoyed the pool (quick dip since we chose not to heat) and hot tub, the crystal kayaks, fantastic views and sunsets, watching movies, sleeping in the very comfortable beds, eating in, and sitting on the deck couch with morning tea and coffee. Plenty of space for the three of us girls. Couldn't ask for better communication with host and owner Kathy. I was especially grateful for the extra care to our stay that Kathy asked if it would be okay to come over to sweep the pool and driveway/walkway area of the live oak leaves (yes!). Kathy was so friendly, inobstrusive, and made our pool time very special that afternoon. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

What a special home in the trees - so secluded and in a quiet neighborhood - we truly enjoyed every cool deck all the secret areas in the trees - so special Kathy was a super host and was available to help us with anything we needed ! We booked this home at the last minute after our planned VRBO was cancelled. We are so glad we did. The home was wonderful, just as pictured in the listing. The sunset views over Lake Travis were beautiful and our week here was so peaceful. We especially enjoyed the deck where we spent many hours enjoying the views, eating our meals and playing games. We did not use the pool, but spent several evenings enjoying the hot tub. The kitchen was equipped with every possible dish, pan, and appliance and other amenities like soaps, TP and laundry supplies were plentiful.Communication from and with Kathy was great. There was one small glitch with the hot tub heater that she had resolved within minutes of us reporting it.We highly recommend this rental if you are looking for amazing views and a relaxing time near Lake Travis.
