Interaction with Guests:
We live in Georgetown, and are downtown a lot for work/social/fun. If you run into any issues, just let us know and we will get it taken care of. We very much care about your experience and want to make sure your stay is great!
The house was nice but lacked some kitchen and bathroom basics. Street parking is the only available parking and there is no coffee maker, only a Keurig.
We enjoyed this cozy home in Georgetown. It was clean, great AC, convenient location, pet friendly and Airyn was a great communicator. We plan on renting again on future trips to Georgetown!
Nicely renovated home in a quiet neighborhood. Open, well-equipped kitchen made cooking âat homeâ easy to do. Central location with easy access to shopping, square, and Southwestern University. Host was responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely return.
We enjoyed our stay in Georgetown and the house was a short walk to the downtown square. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and we managed to figure out how to use most of the fancy appliances!
My BF and I was really excited to have a weekend off. Have never been to Georgetown and heard wonderful things about the downtown area.
First impression of the house was very dried up crispy grass.
House was very clean. Very retro style which was cool until these two seniors started trying to work the appliances.
After we figured out we did need to hop in the car and drive the not so walkable distance to the square, we came back to notice there was no place to prop up our tired feet.
When we retired to the rather small bed in the primary bedroom, we noticed no tv.
Also, the outdoor seating needed to be swept and cleaned up a bit.
Enjoyed Georgetown!
The house was nice, the yard looked nice as well, but could not use the front or back. Flee infestation was terrible. It was a nightmare. The pain and stress, and the 400 we spent on flee prevention and treatment for our dogs.
One almost died from the collar. We have never had flees in our life, and we kept all of our belongings in bags in the car.
When we were finally able to leave (a day early thank god) we had to wash our dogs 3 times so we didn't bring home any Hitchhiker's.
They had pest control out the day we left so they most likely took care of it. For us, it was hell. We are still hopeing for a refund of some kind. But nothing yet.
