Outfitted for WFH and lounging outdoors. Proximity to Zilker, coffee shops, a brand new H-E-B, SoCo, & even a large park with trails and public pickleball courts. Straight shot to Ladybird Lake & all of downtown. Digital nomads, travel nurses, fun-loving travelers who want to feel comfortable, check it out!

New & quality build.

Primary bedroom with picture window and roomy shower.

Office with 2 adjustable-height desks, bookshelves, a sleeper sofa, picture windows, and a full bath with (clean, new) tub.

Large capacity washer/dryer.

Kitchen with espresso machine, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and disposal.

Comfy/quaint midcentury modern living room with large TV.

Private backyard with vegetable/herb garden (free chives!), Traeger grill, dining and lounge set, and cowboy pool! We use it as a cold plunge in the winter.

Extra long driveway.

Provided for your comfort:
Towels, sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, dishware, kitchen tools and appliances (this is our full-time home, please be respectful but enjoy), normal cleaning supplies, vacuum.
