Modern Round Rock Home close to Kalahari Resort

Our open concept home offers plenty of space with a spacious living room and large kitchen. The home has all the essentials needed for a vacationing family or busy travelers in town for business. We have easy access to the I-35 which takes you directly into the city of Austin (app. 20 miles). We are also close to downtown Round Rock, Dell Diamond, and Kalahari Resort. Come stay with us in our modern four bedroom, two bathroom home located in the heart of Round Rock.

The primary bedroom comes with a King size bed and en-suite bathroom. Everything in the home is modern and recently updated with plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and relax or watch a movie. We have a nice size backyard perfect for grilling or unwinding at the end of a long day.

Guest will have access to the entire house with exception of a closet or space which is used to store extra house inventory.

We can be reached at any time via phone, text, or through the booking platform. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything, we can do to help you accomplish that do not hesitate to ask. We will provide you will all our contact information prior to your arrival at our home. Thank you for allowing us to host your stay in Austin.

We live in a quiet suburban neighborhood that is close to of Round Rock's most desirable locations such as the Domain, restaurants, various forms of entertainment and also many of the more practical locations we also need when on vacation like Walmart, H-E-B and Walgreens to name a few.

Being that we are located in the suburban part of Austin a car is almost a must but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.

We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown.

NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized guest.

We do ask that you remove your shoes while inside our home. We won't judge if you choose to bring your bunny house slippers. Your secrets safe with us and we appreciate you treating our home the same as you do your own.
We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually won’t apply to you.

No Shoes in the house.

No Pets under any circumstances. Reservation will be canceled immediately.

No smoking or vaping inside the house! Smoking outside in the backyard or front porch is acceptable.

Zero tolerance for drugs or illegal activities of any kind. Reservation will be canceled immediately!

Quite hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please do not disturb our neighbors!

ABSOLUTLEY NO parties allowed! Reservation will be canceled immediately.

We do not offer late checkouts.

No additional guests can stay at property other than the amount listed on the reservation. Please make sure your guests count is accurate.

Wonderful Location for meeting Up With My Family

Celebrated my birthday with my daughters and their growing families here. The house was as described in listing. Only talked to Bonnie on this trip, but she was very receptive, welcoming, and responsive to any needs or questions that arise. My family would be happy to use this bnb location again in the future.

Perfect House for Weekend in Round Rock

This was a perfect house for our family while we stayed in Round Rock for a weekend soccer tournament. The house is clean and spacious, and in a convenient location. Quick drive to Kalahari and Old Settlers Park which I highly recommend.

Used Needles, Fake Toenails and a Dirty Interior

Our three night stay was a journey, from finding fake toe nails on the floor (where my 2 year old son was playing with his toy trucks), the door handle to the pantry falling off, dirty walls, crumbs on the floor and underneath the sofa, to the lovely used needles in the closet on our last night in the unit. It’s safe to say this house isn’t cleaned between visits. VRBO might want to consider taking this property off their listings until it’s been test for drug exposure and deep cleaned. We sent two messages to our hosts and neither were responded to. Avoid this property.

Perfect home, away from home.

A beautiful home with everything you need. The house was immaculate (trust me, I'm picky), and the customer service was spot on! Bonnie responded to my questions immediately and followed up a few days into our vacation, to see if we needed anything else. Great For Gathering

We had a really nice time on our vacation. The spacious layout of the house allowed us to have family and friends over for dinner each night, with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen and living room are bright and inviting. We were also close to many activities for the kids. We would stay here again for sure!

The property was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive to communication. The neighborhood was very quiet and well located. We had easy access to major roads to get to where we needed to go, which was primarily Dell Diamond but also old friends in Georgetown. We would stay here again.
