I wish I had better things to say, but unfortunately I had to stay the one night, as I didn't have any other options, and was forced to find another hotel for the remainder of my stay in Austin. This is a place to be avoided if at all possible, cannot recommend it to anyone.

Staff was excellent. Reception was great, I arrived before check in time and they were courteous and understanding, and checked me in without a problem The only issue was that the light to the sinnk are was not working and there was a leack in the shower that kept me up all night.

Black Mold in ceiling and bathroom, gnats flying around coming out of bathroom sink….my first room the walls were dirty, door handle came detached and no tv wires hanging as if something was stolen it did not work No microwave…….no fridge…….no coffee and surely no breakfast….thank God for Dennys…..there was constant police activity from drug and prostitution on this property They refused to refund me so I could get something else and I couldn’t afford to just let them keep my $$$$$
