The property was lovely! I highly recommend dining in the hotel. Michelle was an amazing server! She had great recommendations and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I had the most restful sleep. The gym was clean and had great equipment. I was able to reserve dual monitors to work remotely during the day and the location was fantastic for vacation plans during the evening. I would highly recommend the Omni in Austin. I look forward to my next stay in the future.

I ordered dinner the night I arrived and the food was horrible. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillow was flattened and overused. Bathroom had strains of other people’s hair. Transport access is the best thing about the location of the hotel. For the amount of money spent I expected better from a 4 star hotel.

Wonderful escape while on a business trip

Everything was awesome except for the noisy AC unit which ran almost continuously to keep the room comfortable. The bathroom was spectacular and private even with both of us in the room together. Housekeeping services and amenities like the bar, coffee shop and valet were all lovely. The atmosphere was also rather upscale which I thoroughly enjoyed. The view of downtown from my room was just ok, but I wasn't there to enjoy the view!
